Along the slopes of Mount Carru, just 2 km from the beautiful Alghero, is the prestigious complex "VISTA BLUE" RESORT situated. Its name comes from the breathtaking view that allows the view of the Bay of Capo Caccia. The villas are built in full respect of the environment, inserted in a context of well-cared gardens and surrounded by the rich Macchia Mediterranea and the old olive trees.
The city of Alghero, full of history, with its Catalan origins recognized in architecture, language and culture, offers endless opportunities for any kind of desires. In the area you will find archaeological sites, cemeteries and nuraghi for lovers of archeology; different natural oasis, the famous caves of Neptune (Grotta di Nettuno) and the most beautiful beaches of the island, the fine wine and the famous food, for lovers of night life many pubs in the old town and several nightclubs.
Villas: constructed with full respect to the environment, with fine materials ranging from granite to wood, from Sardinian tiles to monolithic columns. The villas are elegantly furnished, are equipped with kitchenette (with or without door) equipped with crockery and cutlery, air conditioning / heating, TV, washing machine, oven,
toaster, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, all with private garden, barbecue, patio equipped with table and chairs, sun terrace with table and chairs, private parking.

Distance from sea: about 3.5 km from the beach. In a few minutes drive you reach the famous beaches of "Le Bombarde", "Lazzaretto", "Mugoni" and many others.

COMFORT CARD: (compulsory from 11/06 to 10/09), includes: "BEACH SET" supplied to each apartment for the entire stay (1 umbrella, 2 beach chairs, 2 beach towels), "WELCOME BREAKFAST" (the package includes: jams , Nutella, milk, tea, coffee, 1 bottle of water, biscuits, cookies), "COURTESY KIT" (useful things for the bathroom); "Sports" (swimming pool with swimming lessons for children and water aerobics); “WIRELESS AREA”; Booking excursions and car and motorbike rental (to be charged).

Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated in advance to the residence, otherwise a surcharge of 50 € applies.
COMPULSORY COSTS (to be paid locally)
WEEKLY FEE: adults € 40.00, children 3-11 years old € 20.00. Prices include electricity, water, gas, bed linen and towels, air conditioning, swimming pool (sun loungers and sunbeds until available).
FINAL CLEANING: V4 € 60.00, V6 € 70.00; V8 80.00. Kitchenette on customer care, or supplement of €. 50.00.
COMFORT CARD: (from 09/06 to 08/09): Villa 4 = € 50,00; Villa 6 = € 70,00; Villa 8 = € 90,00 per villa and stay.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: € 200.00, returned to guests after a check of the apartment. In the case of departures outside the office hours, the deposit will be returned by mail to the customer's home.
OPTIONAL COSTS (to be requested at the moment of booking)
DAILY SET UP: V4 € 20.00; V6 € 25.00; V8 € 35.00 (excluding kitchenette).
BICYCLES: Rental € 2.00 per hour, € 10,00 per day € 50.00 per week.
LINEN: bed € 10.00 per person per change, bathroom € 15.00 per person per change.
BEACH SET: from 31/03 to 09/06 and 08/09 to 20/10 € 20.00 per apartment.
(1 umbrella and 2 beach towels)
Extra bed: € 70,00 per week
Internet connection: € 2,00 per day; € 10,00 per week
BEACH TOWELS: € 5.00 per towel.
COT: € 35.00 per week, free of charge if brought by the customer.
PETS: € 30.00 for extra cleaning.
