living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed or twin, sleeping-room with double-bed, sleeping-room with 2 single beds (sometimes with bunk beds), bathroom, large veranda or balcony.

Arrivals after 9:30pm must be communicated in advance, otherwise a surcharge
of € 50 will apply and must be paid locally.

EXTRAS (obligatory)
Weekly rate: € 40.00 per person per week; Kids up to 3 years FREE; children 3-12 years € 20.00. Rates include: water, electricity, gas, use of the pool, bed-
linen and towels.
Final cleaning: MONO € 40.00: BILO € 60.00; TRILO € 80.00. The cleaning of the kitchen must be done by the guest, otherwise extra charge of € 50.00 applies.
Deposit: € 200.00 (refundable at the end of the stay).
OPTIONAL EXPENSES: (to be requested when booking)
Cleaning: € 15 Mono, € 20 Bilo, € 30 Trilo
Bed-linen, bathroom-linen: bed-linen € 10 per person per set; bathroom- linen € 10 per person per set;
Cot / extra bed: (7°) € 30,00 per week periods A/B/C/D/E, € 50,00 remaining periods.
Transfer: Apt/porto € 30,00 per pax (minimum 2 persons). From 22:00 to 6:00 supplement of 20%. Supplement for Golfo Aranci € 10.00. Prices are one way.
