NOTE: arrivals at Saturday or Tuesday from 17:00 to 20:00, departures Saturday or Tuesday until 10:00, arrivals after 20:00 must be advised before, otherwise a
surcharge of € 50,00 applies.
Possible stays are Sat/Sat - Tue/Tue - Sat/Tue - Tue/Sat.
Free choice of arrivals in periods A/B. Minimum stay 5 days.
OBLIGATORY COSTS:
Weekly consumption forfait: Euro 40,00 per person, children 3 to 11 years Euro 20,00. Includeds water, gas, electricity, bed-linen and bathroom-linen.
Final cleaning: Villa 4 = € 60,00; Villa 6 = € 75,00, Villa 8 = € 90,00, excluding kitechette, which has to be cleaned by the guest, otherwise a surcharge of € 50 applies.
Comfort Card: (obligatory from 09/06 to 08/09): Villa 4/Villa 4 IN = € 50; Villa 6 IN / Villa 6 esc. = € 70; Villa 8 esc. = € 90.
The card includes: “BEACH SET” available to each apartment for the duration of the stay (1 beach umbrella, 2 beach chairs, 1 beach towels per person from 6yrs up), “WELCOME BREAKFAST” (the package includes: jam, nutella, milk, tea, coffee, 1 bottle of water, crisp bread and biscuits), “COURTESY KIT” (bathroom essentials);free gift : 1 beach bag + head band or sarong per apartment. Excursions and car hire bookings available (payable extras).
Deposit: € 150, will be refunded at the departure after a control of the apartment. If the departure is out of office hours, the deposit will be sent by mail to the guests`s mail address.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES if requested (to be requested at booking)
Bed- and bathroom linen: Bath-room € 10,00 per person and change;
bed-linen € 10,00 per person and change
Air-conditioning (mobile): € 80,00 per week
Daily cleaning: € 15,00 a day Villa 4 and Villa 4 “IN”, € 25,00 Villa 6 and Villa 8
Cot: € 35,00 per week
Additional bed: € 50,00 euro per week in periods A/B/C/D, € 70,00 in other periods
Set “beach”: from 31/03 to 09/06 and from 08/09 to 20/10: € 20 per apartment
Pets: are allowed of small size, surcharge of € 30,00 for the whole stay applies
Transfer: Airport/Port Porto Torres/Alghero € 25 per person (min. 3 persons) From 22:00 to 6:00 surcharge of 20%. Children up to 2 years free. Prices are one-way.
