 A newly constructed residence on the top of a hill and not far from the sea
(3 km). Ca. 8 km outside of Stintino, an old fisher village, where you find the most beautiful beach of the world “La Pelosa”. In the centre of Stintino you'll find everything for shopping, crafts, gifts, etc. Restaurants, Bars and pizzerias, as well as discotheques are also available.
All the houses are furnished in an elegant and local style. The houses are divided into two groups, one group are houses with two apartments and the other group with four apartments. Some apartments have a pool in common use, and some of the apartments have their own pool. All apartments have TV, garden or balcony, washing-machine, iron, toast, hairdryer, barbecue (in common use) and car parking.
The distance to the nearest beach “Le Saline” is 3 km.
Inside the village you can find: bar and restaurant, market, farmacy, medical assistance, icecream shop, ATM, laundry room, shops.
