The recently built SantElmo residence is located in an enchanting natural landscape: nearby beaches of fine sand are surrounded by granite outcrops.
 While enjoying a peaceful and quiet atmosphere throughout the year, the complex is only 5 km from the Costa Rei resort and 15 km from the town of Villasimius. Within the residence, visitors will find a supermarket, a bar, a pizza place, a bazaar and sports facilities. The holiday houses, which overlook the sea and are surrounded by a green landscape, are arranged in terraced rows, with stone and granite facings; they are all elegantly furnished and have a patio and garden or balcony.
S. Elmo is situated on a small hill directly at the sea, 65km east of Cagliari, 15 km from Villasimius and 5 km from the Costa Rei.
In the premises: a supermarket with butchers and fishmongers (may-september), bar/pizzeria with a large terrace and evening entertainment (may-september). Sport facilities are available: tennis, soccer, minigolf, tennis.
