OBLIGATORY COSTS
Weekly forfait: Mono € 45, Bilo € 50, Trilo € 60.
Includes the consumption of water, electricity and gas.
Final cleaning: Mono € 45, Bilo 4 € 50,00; Trilo 6€ 60,00.
Kitchenette must be cleaned by the guest, otherwise surcharge of € 25,00
Deposit: Refundable at the end of stay € 150,00 after a verification of the apartment state. In case of a departure out of office hours the deposit will be sent via mail to the client.
OTHER COSTS (to be requested at booking)
Bed-linen/bathroom-linen: to be requested locally. Bedlinen € 15,00, bathroom-
linen € 12, per person and week.
Cot: not available, but the guest can bring his own cot for free (only bilo + trilo)
Transfer: € 45,00 each way per person port/airport Olbia (min. 2 persons). From 22:00 to 6:00 supplement of 20%. Supplement Golfo Aranci € 10,00.
Animals: Allowed of small size, except at beach (besides the beach of Porto Fido where dogs are allowed) and public rooms, must be preadvised.
