OBLIGATORY COSTS
Consumptions: The consumption charge is already included in the prices!
Final cleaning: Bilo 4 € 80,00; Trilo6 € 100,00.
Kitchenette must be cleaned by the guest, otherwise surcharge of € 30,00
Assistance quote: € 30,00
Deposit: € 250,00 will be refunded after a control of the apartment when checking out. In case of a departure out of office hours the deposit will be sent via mail to the client.
OTHER COSTS (to be requested at booking)
Air conditioning where available: € 50,00 per week
TV where available: € 50,00 per week
Bed-linen: € 20,00 per person per week
Additional bed: € 45,00 a week
Animals: small animals are allowed € 45,00
