CONDITIONS
OFFER
- Up to the 21 June and after the 13 September, for stays of 2 or more weeks, one week must be paid full and the other is discounted by 50% (the discounted week is the week with the lower price).
- The week from 26.07. to 02.08., if booked together with the proceeding, is discounted with 10%
- The week from 23.08. to 30.08., if booked together with the proceeding, is discounted with 20%
OBLIGATORY COSTS:

Consumption forfait (excluded children up to 2 years of age):
Euro 80,00 a person a week for consumption of water, electricity, gas, bed-linen (with weekly change) and towels (with change every two weeks), weekly cleaning of the apartment. For the trilocali, if occupied by an inferior number of persons, minimum 3 quotes have to be paid.
Deposit: Euro 300,00 for damage, phone deposit and safe.
ALL COSTS, OBLIGATORY COSTS AND DEPOSIT MUST BE PAID AT THE RESIDENCE, before hand over of the keys.
KITCHENETTE must be cleaned by the guest, otherwise the kitchenette will be cleaned by the staff and the guest will be charged Euro 80,00, which will be deducted from the deposit. If you leave litter-bags in the apartment, a fee of 100,00 euro will be deducted from the deposit.
ANIMALS ARE NOT ALLOWED, whether small or large or whatever type, for expressive prohibition of the condominium rules.

AIR-CONDITIONING: Euro 70,00 weekly in the bilocali and Euro 90,00 weekly in the trilocale. The air-conditioning is installed in the living-room.
BABY-BED (up to 2 years of age): free without bed-linen. With bed-linen
Euro 20,00 a week.
SAFETY BOX: Euro 15,00 a week
LAUNDRY SERVICE: a Laundry Service is in function at the residence where you can use coin washing machines and get assistance from the staff.
INTERNET SERVICE: Internet connection is available in the apartments

RECEPTION OFFICE:
allocation of the apartment and pick up of the keys is done at the reception office of the residence, which has the following opening hours:
09,00am - 1,00pm
4,00pm -8,00pm
IN CASE OF ARRIVAL OUTSIDE OFFICE HOURS IT´S NECESSARY TO ADVISE BEFORE.
