PORTO POLLO
At this location there are fantastic beaches, one following after another, and then alternating to granite bluffs, and on to the actual peninsula, Isola dei Gabbiani. These beaches of gilded sand, that recall the sunny dawn of coast in the Beginning, continue along the seabed in a long line, conferring to the waters an unusual transparency indeed.
Porto Pollo is in only 6 km distance from Palau where you can find several supermarkets, shops, restaurants, cafès and many more things for a wonderful shopping. Advisable is also a trip to one of the many islands, such as La Maddalena, taking the ferry from Palau harbor.
Who is looking for more adventure can rent a motor-boat (dinghy) and undertake some trips through the islands and their neighbourhood.
