Arrival/Departure: Saturday 5:00pm / Saturday 10:00am. Please advice in advance if arrival is after 8:00pm.

OBLIGATORY COSTS
Forfait consumption: Bilo 2 = € 50,00; Bilo 4 = € 70,00; Trilo 5/6 = € 90,00; Quadri 6 =
€ 100,00. The prices are per Apartment and week and include electricity, water and gas consumption.
Final cleaning: BILO 2/4 = € 50,00; TRILO 5/6 = € 60,00; QUADRI 6 = € 70,00.
The kitchenette must be cleaned by the guest, otherwise a surcharge of € 50,00 will be required.
Deposit: € 150,00 to be paid at location, will be refunded at departure.
ADDITIONAL COSTS AND SERVICES
(to be requested at time of booking)
Bed- and bath-room linen: available at location, € 8,00 bed-linen, € 8,00 towels, per person and change.
Baby-bed/additional bed (3./ 7. bed): available at location, € 35,00 per week (to be requested at time of booking)
Rent of TV: € 25 per week
Animals: are permitted, surcharge for additional cleaning € 30,00
Parking place: inside and not guarded
Beach service: Possibility to rent at location: sun-shades, beach-beds, paddling boats, canoe, windsurf, diving school.
