The new residence complex Palau Green Village has been conceived in accordance with Sardinian tradition and architecture. Each apartment has been built with the typical Sardinian stone and is surrounded by beautiful gardens, which are composed by typical plants of the Mediterranean and the granit wind-shaped rocks of Gallura.
Small pedestrian paths surrounded by vegetation connect the apartments and the own swimming-pool.
The residence is placed in an exclusive location, just 1 km away from Palau city centre and its services, just 20 minutes ferry boat trip away from the Isle of La Maddalena and its beautiful Marine Park and just 30 minutes drive from the famous Costa Smeralda.
The nearest beach is only 150 - 250 meters distant and it overlooks the wonderful islands of Santo Stefano and La Maddalena. The beach is suurrounded by a large pineweood, the ideal place for picnics and long walks.
Comfort Card: (obligatory from 09/06 to 08/09) includes: “BEACH SET” offered for each apartment for the whole stay (1 beach umbrella, 2 beach chairs, 2 beach towels), “WELCOME BREAKFAST” (composed of marmelade, Nutella, milk, tea, coffee, 1 bottle of water, bisquits), “SPORTS” (swimming-pool with courses for children and water gym), “BABY PLACE” (play station area), “COURTESY KIT” (utilities for the bathroom), WIRELESS AREA, booking for tours, car and motorcycle rental (must be paid).
