Weekly obligatory service forfait: Bilocale € 60,00, Trilocale € 62,00 per person, to be paid at arrival localy. Covers charges for consumption of water, gas, electricity, bed-linen and bathroom-linen, final cleaning (excluded the kitchenette, which must be cleaned by the guest, otherwise € 28,00 charge), satellite TV, safety box.
Free for children below 2 years.
Supplement for washing-machine and dishwasher: € 50,00 per week
Deposit: € 100,00
Additional bed: € 65,00 a week (upon request).
Air conditioning: Bilocali € 80,00 per week, Trilocali € 120,00 per week (upon request, subject to availability)
Animals of small size allowed, upon request, € 70,00 a week
