The residence Castello di Gallura is located at Porto Quadro close to Santa Teresa Gallura, Sardinia's most northern point in front of Corsica.
Located in the bay that limits the north-eastern port of Santa Teresa di Gallura enjoys an incomparable view of Corsica.
The residential complex, consisting of some 70 apartments is harmoniously integrated in a unique setting, with luxury finishes, stone facades, swimming pool and private parking.
Strict house regulations (posted in each apartment) regulate times, use and access to various services present, all to ensure maximum peace and privacy.

The apartments: Monolocale (1-room apartment), Bilocale (2-room apartment) and Trilocale (3-room apartment) are well furnished and equipped with all comforts:
air -conditioning, color TV and some of them have a washing machine.
Amenities: pool, service center, concierge and security service throughout the year. All shops are in the nearby town of Santa Teresa Gallura.
Recommended ... for those who want maximum comfort and maximum convenience.

All apartments have sea views and beautiful terraces for outside eating. Since this is a new complex, the internal furnishings are brand new, and guarantee the clients a pleasant sensation of freshness and hygiene. There are apartments with one, two, or three rooms (Monolocale, Bilocale, Trilocale), all furnished and equipped for outside eating. Numbered and shaded parking place.

COSTI OBBLIGATORI:
- Forfait consumi settimanale e assistenza (luce, acqua, gas):
€ 19,00 a persona, bambini fino a 12 anni € 9,50
- Pulizia finale: Monolocale € 44; Bilocale € 52; Trilocale € 64 (escluso
angolo cottura, stoviglie e bagno a carico del cliente, altrimenti verranno
addebitato € 52.
- Animali non ammessi!
- Cauzione: € 150,00 restituibili alla partenza. (Per partenze prima delle ore
07.00 del mattino le cauzioni vengono restituite per posta).
- Arrivi dopo le ore 21.30: I ritardatari dovranno informarci e saranno tenuti
a pagare i seguenti supplementi in base alle seguente fasce orarie:
arrivo dopo le 21.30 fino alle 22.30 € 50; dalle 20.30 fino alle ore 24 € 77;
dopo le ore 24.00 € 129.
SERVIZI FACOLTATIVI:
- Supplemento pulizia il giorno della partenza (Obbligatorio solo se
l`appartamento non è pulito): Monolocale € 62, Bilocale € 77, Trilocale € 90.
- Supplemento biancheria da letto € 12,00; da bagno € 9,00; completo da letto
e da bagno € 20,00 a persona settimanali. (Biancheria da cucina non
disponibile)

SCONTI: prenotando entro il 15 maggio
- Nei periodi A, B, C e M prenotando almeno 3 settimane una è in omaggio
(la prima fino a giugno e l`ultima a settembre)
- Sconto del 10% nei periodi C, D, E ed F prenotando almeno 3 settimane
MAGGIORAZIONE del 10% prenotando la sola settimana di Ferragosto
