The residence Bouganvillage is located only 40 km from the port and airport of Olbia, situated in the residential village Tanaunella, 2 km from the renowned center of Budoni. It consists of 35 apartments located in the main building (pool area), and some outbuildings situated outside the structure. Integrated in beautiful gardens and characterized by colorful bougainvillea from which it takes its name. The convenient location allows to reach in few minutes some of the most beautiful beaches of Sardinia, including: Porto Ainu, the marina of Posada with its spectacular pine forest, the marina of Budoni, the oasis of Bidderosa. For lovers of "not only the sea"; archaeological sites, wildlife, folklore, nature, eno-gastronomical itineraries, nightlife and more.
The apartments may be on ground floor with patio or on the 1st floor with veranda, both equipped with table and chairs. Tastefully furnished, equipped with microwave, satellite TV and air conditioning. All with kitchenette with cooking utensils.

SERVICES: reception, bar club house, washing machine, solarium, swimming pool (sun loungers and sunbeds until available), children playground, soccer field, public barbecue. In town all kinds of shops, restaurants and services (from 150 to 600 meters).
DISTANCE TO THE SEA: 1.5 km from the bay of Sant’Anna, 2 km from the beach of Punta Sant’ Anna.

COMFORT CARD: (compulsory from 11/06 to 10/09), includes: "BEACH SET" supplied to each apartment for the entire stay (1 umbrella, 2 beach chairs, 2 beach towels), "WELCOME BREAKFAST" (the package includes: jams , Nutella, milk, tea, coffee, 1 bottle of water, biscuits, cookies), "COURTESY KIT" (useful things for the bathroom); "Sports" (swimming pool with swimming lessons for children and water aerobics); Booking excursions and car and motorbike rental (to be charged).

NOTE: Beginning / End stay Saturday / Tuesday 17:00 - 10:00 am. In periods A+B free choice of arrival day with minimum stay of 5 nights.
Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated in advance to the residence, otherwise a surcharge of 50 euro applies.
COMPULSORY COSTS (TO BE PAID LOCALLY)
WEEKLY FEE: adults € 40.00, children 3-11 years old € 20.00, under 3 years of age free.
Prices include electricity, water, gas, bed linen and towels..
FINAL CLEANING: Monolocale 2 € 40.00, Bilocale 4 € 50,00, Trilocale 6
€ 60,00. Kitchenette on customer care, or supplement of €. 50.00.
COMFORT CARD: (from 11/06 to 10/09): adults euro 20.00, children 6-11 years old 10.00 euro per week.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: € 150.00, returned to guests after a check of the apartment. In the case of departures outside the office hours, the deposit will be returned by mail to the customer's home.
OPTIONAL COSTS (to be requested at the moment of booking)
DAILY SET UP: M2 € 15.00; B4 € 20.00; T6 € 25.00 (excluding kitchenette).
LINEN: bed € 10.00 per person per change, bathroom € 10.00 per person per change.
BEACH SET: from 14/05 to 11/06 and 10/09 to 01/10 € 20.00 per apartment.
COT: € 30.00 per week, free of charge if brought by the customer.
WASHING-MACHINE: € 8,00 each coin
PETS: allowed if of small size, excluded in public rooms and at the beach. € 30.00 for extra cleaning.
TRANSFER: From Olbia/Golfo Aranci - harbour/airport. € 35,00 one way per person (min. 2 persons). Surcharge 22:00 to 6:00 = 20%. Surcharge for Golfo Aranci € 20,00, children free. Rates are one-way.
