The prices include:
- Use of the apartment, consumption of electricity, water, gas,
air-conditioning or heating
- Use of the pool for adults and children, the sun-beds and umbrellas
- Use of the playing ground for children
- WI-FI connection
- Parking place in front of the residence
- Garage (only for motorcycles)
- weekly cleaning and change of bed-linen, bathroom-linen and kitchen-
towels (no cleaning of the kitchenette and cooking-place)
- cot (to be requested at booking)
- children-chair (to be requested at booking)
- transfer from/to airport/port of Tortoĺ (to be requested at booking)
The prices do NOT include:
- additional bed (sleeping-sofa in the living-room for 2 persons)
Adults: 20,00 euro per day
Children 3-10 years: 10,00 euro per day
Children 0-3 years: free!
Additional services:
Coin Washing machine: Euro 5,00 for each washing including washing powder.
Additional change of the bed-linen: Euro 6,00 per person (set towels); Euro 6,00 per person (bed-linen change).
Additional cleaning of the apartment: Euro 60,00 for the Bilocale; Euro 75,00 for the trilocale
Garage: 8,00 Euro per day for cars (motorcycles free)
Bicycle rental: Euro 5,00 per day
Arrival: check-in from 17 to 21:30
Departure: check-out until 10:00am.
At the assignment of the apartment a deposit of € 250,00 must be paid, which will be reimbursed at the end of the stay.
Animals are not allowed.
