OBLIGATORY COSTS (to be paid locally)
Weekly consumption forfait: Bilo € 60,00; Trilo € 100,00 per week
(Prices include consumption of water, gas and electricity)
Final cleaning: Bilo € 50,00; Trilo € 60,00. Kitchenette must be cleaned by the guest, otherwise a supplement of € 30 will be charged.
Deposit: € 150,00 per apartment, will be refunded at the end of stay after a verification of the apartment. In case of departure out of office hours, the deposit will be sent via mail to the postal address of the guest.
OPTIONAL COSTS (to be advised at booking)
Bed- and bath-room linen: can be rent locally, € 20 per person and weekly change.
Additional bed/cot: supplement of 10%
