The residence complex Eucalipti was constructed in the '80s and renewed in 1994. It is located at the coastal road of Alghero/Fertilia, 1300 meters from the center of the city, which can be reached by bus. A bus stop is just some meters from the complex, the bus passes approximately every 30 minutes. The beach of Alghero is just 100 meters away and 200 meters of the beach of "Maria Pia" with stone-pines. The construction is on three floors and is composed of 40 apartments with 4 different entrances. The lower floor is a raised floor with easy access by 4 stairs, the highest is the second floor, which is not served by elevators. The apartment is in part located to the inner access street and in part to the side to the swimming-pool, only some apartments are located to the road, and even this is inside; these apartments might be more noisy. All the apartments are equipped with a safe, TV support, with possibility of eventual rent in the residence. The residence complex has at its inside a private parking, which is not guarded (not guaranteed in high season). Swimming-pool with children area, open from 09:00am to 1:00pm and from 5:00pm to 8:00pm.
