The residence complex Buganvillea is a recent construction, situated on the main road connecting the airport Alghero-Fertilia in front of the beach of Alghero. The city center is approximately 1500 meters away and there is a bus stop 10 mt from the residence, the buses pass every 30 min, approximately. The water is 50 meters away with a fine sandy beach, which extends for about 7 km. The construction is on two floors and is composed of 46 apartments with six various entrances, every block is composed of 8 apartments. The lower floor is at the first floor, since the basement inherits various services; there are no lifts in order to approach the higher floors.

Swimming pool with area for children (opened from 09:00am to 1:00pm and from 04:00pm to 08:00pm)

The kitchenette is equipped with potteries, dinnerware and silverware; there are moreover refrigerator and stove with 2 gas and 2 electrical elements.
All the apartments are equipped for TV support, which is available for rent at the front-desk. The equipment of the bedrooms does not include the bed linen neither towels for the bath, but they are available for rent, too.
